This booklet, In Darkness And In Light, was created from different texts and illustrations of the ideas through type. I chose pieces written about the light and the dark; for example, one is about a woman who sleeps during the day and lives her life at night and how she falls in love with a “day boy”, while another captures how it feels to be blind (Seeing The World Through My Wife's Eyes).
I designed it so the stories of light were on the left, while the stories of darkness were on the right, so the reader can have two separate experiences. This was printed as a saddle-stitch booklet, with the book typeset in InDesign.
