This work was created during my time as Graphic Design Specialist at RethinkFirst, where I work across three business units and alongside my Creative Director on the Marketing Team. Here, I design social content, ebooks, articles, case studies, templates, presentations and provide featured image assets.
In addition to working with the Creative Director, I collaborate across the team - with the Director of Growth Marketing, Social Media Content Manager, Neurodiversity Program Manager, Director of Content Strategy, and interface with the CMO when urgent designs are requested.
This work was completed in the Adobe Suite as well as Figma. I also assist with design reviews, providing feedback, managing an outside freelance designer, project management through Asana, and creative research to assist in elevating the brand.
